Company-Wide 6S Hygiene Inspection Campaign, kicking off on 4th January 2026.

What is 6S?

6S is a world-renowned methodology for workplace organization that builds upon the famous 5S system,

adding a crucial sixth element:Safety. 

It is a continuous improvement philosophy that empowers every team member to contribute to an optimal work environment.

The 6S pillars are:

1.  **Sort (Seiri):** Remove unnecessary items from the workspace.

2.  **Set in Order (Seiton):** Organize essential items for easy access and use.

3.  **Shine (Seiso):** Clean the workplace thoroughly.

4.  **Standardize (Seiketsu):** Establish rules and standards for the first three S's.

5.  **Sustain (Shitsuke):** Maintain discipline and adhere to the standards over time.

6.  **Safety:** Identify and eliminate potential hazards, ensuring a secure environment for all.

Our Campaign: A Collaborative Effort for Consmos Grou

This initiative is more than just an inspection; it’s a collaborative mission to elevate our daily work life. 

Every department within Consmos Group will participate in preparing their 

areas according to 6S principles.

• Preparation Phase:Starting 4th January 2026, teams will dedicate time to Sort, Organize, and Deep Clean their workstations, storage areas, and common spaces.

• Inspection Week: During this week , our dedicated 6S committee, comprising members from various departments, will conduct friendly and constructive evaluations

across all sites.

• Recognition & Celebration: We believe in positive reinforcement!

 Teams that exemplify excellence in implementing the 6S principles will be awarded a special honor: 

our beloved CONSMOS Mascot - the Horse Plush Toy! 

This mascot symbolizes our drive, agility, and collective spirit. Let’s focus on learning, sharing best practices, and earning this symbol of a top-performing team.
