This week, all colleagues of CONSMOS Group gathered in the No.1 Conference Room for a grand Spring Festival commencement ceremony.
Leaving behind the warmth of the festive reunion, all CONSMOS members have returned to their posts, committed to the "Three-Hundred Vision" achieving a 10-bilion-yuan goal, building a century-old enterprise, and establishing 100 business divisions. With great expectations, we have embarked on a new journey of hard work in the Year of the Horse,
striving fornew development and progress in the year ahead with a pragmatic spirit.

At the beginning of the event heads of the groups subsidiaries, branches and supply chain departments took to the stageone after another to deliver speeches,
clarifying the direction for all staff.Reviewing the past year, all CONSMOS members have overcome dificulties and forged ahead steadily, achievingremarkable results amid the
market challenges. These achievements are the fruit of the hard work and dedication of everyemployee.
Looking ahead to 202, based on the overall development of the group, the leaders defined the core tasks and keypriorities for the new year. They called on allcolleagues to work
with higher morale and a more pragmatic approach, strivefor excellence in their respective positions, and fully accomplish the annual goals.By doing so, we willlay a solid
foundation for the groups long-term development and jointy embark on a new jourey ofhigh-quality development.
Following the speeches, teams took to the stage in succession to showcase their spirit and strengths. From the foreigntrade team deeply engaged in overseas markets and
specialized task forces dedicated to core products, to procurementand quality control teams securing the supply chain, finance and risk control teams ensuring stable operations,
as well asadministrative and human resources teams providing comprehensive logistical support, all teams appeared energized andhigh-spirited.
They collectively revisited the annual objectives and voiced powerful slogans, fuly embodying the commitment and driveof every CONSMOS member. Following each presentation, teams participated in an on-site kick-off lucky draw for redenvelopes. Amid the joyful and festive atmosphere, everyone embraced auspicious blessings for the new year,
furtherstrengthening the confidence and unity of the entire organization to strive for shared success.

To further boost the morale of all staff and lay a solid foundation for achieving the annual goals, the Director of theGroups Human Resources Center took the stage at the ceremony to announce the 2026 annual objectives and incentive
policies.These tangible incentive policies represent not only the company's high expectations for all employees, but also strongsupport for our journey ahead.
The detailed policies greatly inspired everyone present. With greater determination, all colleagues will turn this motivationinto concrete actions and results.

In the latter part of the ceremony, fun interactive games including Name That Tune and Guess the Line from Pictures werestaged one after another, pushing the atmosphere to a
climax.Featuring quick-response melody challenges in Name That Tune, intellectual contests in Guess the Line from Pictures, andexciting team competitions, all colleagues were
able to relax and unwind amid joy and laughter.These lively activities helped strengthen mutual bonds and further enhance team cohesion.
All winning teams and individuals drew prizes from the red envelope wall on site. Rich awards such as Year of the Horsedolls, personal care items cash red envelopes, and
compensatory leave benefits were presented one after another.These surprises filled with care not only brought joy to everyone, but also made them deeply feel the warmth and
