The 2026 Rising Star Training Camp of Consmos Group was successfully launched. Centered on the theme "Shine Bright in Passion", the camp builds a systematic growth platform for new-generation operation talents and comprehensively strengthens the core competence of our independent website foreign trade team.

A full-chain curriculum system was elaborately designed for this training camp: We delivered in-depth corporate culture training to pass on our development philosophy — "Boost efficiency through collaboration, pursue innovation via integration, and advance with distinctive, professional, branded, standardized, refined, digitalized and systematic operation", uniting the team with shared aspirations. Special sessions on foreign trade negotiation skills were held to analyze communication strategies and game logic under cross-cultural scenarios. Fundamental knowledge of international logistics was shared to clarify key points concerning lead time, costs and risk control of cross-border supply chains. Moreover, highly simulated practical foreign trade negotiation drills were arranged. Participants discussed and polished plans in groups, and presented their team highlights on stage, translating theoretical knowledge into practical capabilities.

The training site was immersed in a strong learning atmosphere. All trainees concentrated on studying and taking notes, while the mentorship session empowered new recruits with senior colleagues’ rich experience. Covering corporate cultural enlightenment, professional skill training, theoretical learning and hands-on practice, the whole training process helps the team overcome bottlenecks in independent website operation.
